Products and pricing

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. [CONFIRM GST REGISTRATION.] We take care to describe and photograph our hair accurately, but shades can look different on screens; a consultation is the surest way to match.

We may change prices or withdraw products at any time. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Delivery and returns

Delivery, exchanges and returns are covered by our Delivery and returns policy. Hair is a hygiene product, so opened or worn hair cannot be returned unless it is faulty.

Appointments

Salon services are by appointment, booked through Timely. Fitting prices cover the service; hair is priced separately.

Your consumer rights

Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

How long extensions last depends on the method, your hair, your routine and your aftercare. Wear times we give are typical, not guaranteed.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to replacing the product, re-performing the service, or refunding the amount paid for it.
