The experience
From consultation to fitting
Every set of extensions starts with a conversation. Here is how it works, which method might suit you, and how to care for your hair once it is in.
The process
Four steps
- 01
Consultation
We look at your hair, talk through the length and volume you want, and recommend a method. Allow about thirty minutes.
- 02
Colour match and order
Your shade is matched in natural light, blending two shades where it suits. We then order your hair and book your fitting for when it arrives.
- 03
Fitting
Your extensions are fitted, then cut and styled to blend with your own hair. Fitting time depends on the method, from about ninety minutes to three hours.
- 04
Maintenance
Tape-ins and wefts are moved up every six to eight weeks as your hair grows. Keratin bonds last three to four months. We book your next visit before you leave.

Aftercare
Caring for your hair
A few habits keep extensions looking their best for longer.
- Wash two to three times a week with sulphate-free care.
- Brush gently from the ends up, holding the hair near the root.
- Use a heat protectant, and keep heat tools away from tapes and bonds.
- Dry the roots fully after washing. Never sleep on wet hair.
- Sleep with your hair loosely braided or tied in a low ponytail.
- Keep your maintenance appointments.
Questions
Common questions
How long do extensions last?
It depends on the method. Tape-ins and wefts are moved up every six to eight weeks, and the hair itself can often be reused across several fittings. Keratin bonds last three to four months. Clip-ins last around a year with care.
Can I colour or heat-style them?
They are human hair, so you can heat-style them with a heat protectant. Keep heat away from the tapes or bonds. Please don't colour them yourself; talk to us first so the result matches.
Will extensions damage my hair?
Fitted correctly, matched to your hair and maintained on schedule, extensions shouldn't damage your own hair. Your consultation checks that your hair can carry the method you choose.
How often do I need maintenance?
Every six to eight weeks for tape-ins and wefts, and every three to four months for keratin bonds. Clip-ins need no salon visits.
Do you ship?
Yes. Orders ship by express post within Australia.
